At SMS Stores, we understand that situations change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation terms below.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may be eligible for a return once the item arrives (see our Return Policy).
2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once your order enters processing or is dispatched:

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
After that period, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved:

In such cases, cancellation may be possible but shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. High-Risk or Fraudulent Orders
SMS Stores reserves the right to automatically:
